Presentation

This charter of services is intended to be a formal commitment to guarantee the provision of services by the International Support Service (ISS) with a high level of quality and transparency. The International Support Service, part of the International Relations Area, provides support to international students, teaching and research staff and technical and administrative staff, as well as their families, in practical aspects of their stay at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent changes in immigration regulations, the following MODIFICATIONS TO OUR CHARTER OF SERVICES apply:

• For the initial residence permit for studies for UAB students and their family members: we move from providing support, information and processing to offering support and information. The new commitment will be:" We provide clear, accurate and understandable answers to queries about initial student permit procedures" and its indicator: "User satisfaction level of 3 on a scale of 5."
• For the procedure of extension of the student permit for UAB students and their family members: we move from providing support, information and processing to offering support and information. The new commitment will be: " We provide clear, accurate and understandable answers to queries about the extension procedure of the student permit" and its indicator: "User satisfaction level of 3 on a scale of 5."
