Application for a certificate of grades for the PAU/PAP and the Over the 25/45 years of age exam

Important!

We can only issue official certificates of grades to students who took the exams at the UAB. If you are a UAB student, but you took the tests at another university, you must apply to the other university.

To request an official certificate of grades for the PAU/PAP or the Over 25/45 years of age exam that you have taken at the UAB, fill in the application form at the bottom of this page, sign it and attach the receipt of payment of the fee, as well as any document accrediting the right to a public price discount.
Alternatively, you may send your request and the other accompanying documents by certified post to:

How to submit the application

1. In person at the UAB General Registry

Required documentation:

• Application for a Certificate of Qualifications for the PAU/PAP and the Over 25/45 years of age exam signed in duplicate (required)
• Attach the original proof of payment of the corresponding fee (required)
• If you can provide proof of large family membership the corresponding card must be attached, which must be valid when payment for the certificate is made (optional)
• For all other situations, attach the supporting documentation (optional)

2. Electronically – signed with a digital certificate

Required documentation:

• Fill in the generic application in the e-Office procedure (required)

• Attach the application for the Certificate of Grades for the PAU/PAP and the Over 25/45 years of age exam signed electronically within the e-Office procedure (required)
• Attach proof of payment of the corresponding fee (mandatory)
• If you can provide proof of large family membership the corresponding card must be attached, which must be valid when payment for the certificate is made (optional)
• For all other situations, attach the supporting documentation (optional)

Delivery
You will need to choose in your application if you want to pick up your certificate yourself, or if you want the Area of Academic Affairs to send you the certification by registered mail and recorded delivery to the address you have given.

Fees
The fees for academic and administrative services on official study programmes are set each year by the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat) in the Decree to establish the fees charged by public universities in Catalonia.

Language
Certificates can be issued only in Catalan or Spanish

Certificate format
The data on academic transcripts can only be certified using the UAB's standard model for personal academic certificates.

Data
Only data found in the UAB archives are included on certificates.
