Introduction

The UAB Contracts and Research Agreements Unit is responsible for the management of contracts and agreements with companies and institutions that may be required within the framework of the University's research activities. These tasks are carried out under the auspices of Article 60 of the Spanish Organic Law on University system (LOSU).
In addition to contracts or agreements for the formalisation of research assignments or tasks, other complementary documents may be required, such as confidentiality agreements or addenda.
