UAB centres to close from 3 to 21 August
All on-campus centres of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona will be closed from 3 to 21 August. Some services, however, will be available.

Interview with Carla Coll, the student who achieved the highest access mark at the UAB: 13.726. She will take Genetics, a subject that she has great hopes for. She is very keen to study hereditary diseases and cancer.

The Physical Activity Service (SAF) of the UAB is offering free enrolment and open access to its facilities to fresher students up to 30 November.
On 13 July students will be able to attend information sessions before enrolling in university. The enrolment period for first-year students admitted to the studies they chose as their first option will be open from 14 to 17 July.
Nil Rodellas has won the Argó Prize for his secondary-school research project – one among 200 that were submitted – on the mathematical concept of non-Euclidean geometries. He has picked the UAB to do Physics and Mathematics next year.
On 16 July,at 6 pm, the Hotel Campus will host the closing session of the second and last round of the Ítaca Campus programme, which lets secondary-school students spend two weeks at the UAB.
