UABecedari (S3)
The third season is here!
The UABecedari kicks off the third season with videos starring Enric To.
This video series is in charge of showing different concepts related to university life at the UAB by using each letter in the alphabet. Enric will be in charge of sharing different terms through short videos to help you better understand your university surroundings.
Remember that the UAB's YouTube channel also contains videos from the first and second seasons, with Bea Ruano and Cèlia Mayoral as the stars of each season.
G for Graduation
Sooner or later you will have to graduate, so we will bring you a series of tips so that your graduation at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona goes as well as possible!
F for Plants and Animals
In this episode of the uabecedari, we go to the green spaces of the UAB to discover the plants and animals that inhabit them. Did you know that there are environmental activities throughout the course? Today we will go to a session on bird ringing and review of nest boxes.
C for Cientificotècnics
We explore the scientific and technical services of the UAB by visiting the Food Technology Pilot Plan Service (SPTA) and the Cell Culture, Antibody Production and Cytometry Service (SCAC).
H for Hemeroteca
The UAB has many libraries, one of which is the Biblioteca de Comunicació i Hemeroteca General. What are the best places to study? What other activities are carried out?
O for Openlabs
With the UAB Openlabs network, you can develop all kinds of creative projects in spaces such as the Design Lab, the Digital Lab or the Audio Lab. Whether it's a 3D printer, a scanner or a music studio, you can learn by creating!
L for Laboratory
We will be exploring the labs of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. How many are there? Many more than you think! Not only science labs, there are also laboratories in the arts & humanities, and research, such as the MELiSSA Pilot Plant.
T is for Transport
What is the best way to get to the UAB campus? Let's discover some of the means of public transport existing to help you reach the UAB (FGC, Renfe and bus) and the mobility options to help you move around the campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
