The UAB to offer a free "Design Thinking" workshop for students and alumni
The Design Thinking methodology is important in entrepreneurial projects because it focuses on the user and aims to acquire a deep understanding of their needs. For this reason, the Entrepreneur Unit of the UAB Employment Service will be offering a design thinking workshop for students and alumni. The workshop will be given by Guillem Gómez Munné, expert professional with ten years of experience, on Thursday 30 November at 1 p.m. at the UAB-Emprèn space of the Plaça Cívica. Those interested can register to attend through the NEXUS application.
The Design Thinking methodology is useful when transforming an idea into a specific project or product. Applying Design Thinking to an entrepreneurial project can improve its final results, and also fosters innovation, adaptability and problem-solving skills. the objective of thsi Design Thinking Workshop is to introduce students and alumni to this methodology.
Expert Guillem Gómez, an entrepreneur in the field of customer experience and innovation and passionate about transformation, technology and design, will be in charge of delivering the session, exclusive and free for students and alumni of the UAB. It will take place on Thursday 30 November at 1 p.m. in the UAB-Emprèn space. The activity is organised by the Entrepreneurship Unit of the Employability Service and is part of its training offer to develop the necessary skills and competences in the field of idea generation and social entrepreneurship.
Those interested in attending the workshop can register for free through the NEXUS application; those who do not yet have a profile can do a partial registration with their NIU and UAB password.
The UAB-Emprèn space, which will host the workshop, is located in the Plaça Cívica, on the first floor of the RR building, above the restaurant.
