Open the 2021 call for applications for student participation grants
The call for grants for student associations and councils to encourage student participation in university life is open until February 24.
It should also be borne in mind that for each activity a 70% of the total budget is granted or € 600 maximum. Each group will receive grants for a maximum of three applications.
The UAB will open on January 25 the call for grants aimed at student associations registered at elDirectori and student councils. Applications can be made until February 24.
The budget is a total of € 12,500. However, the maximum amount for each of the beneficiary groups is € 1,500. It should also be borne in mind that for each activity a 70% of the total budget is granted or € 600 maximum. Each group will receive grants for a maximum of three applications. The dynamization of campus, the promotion of equal opportunities and networking will be the criteria that will be assessed for the award of grants.
In order to formalize the application, the associations and councils must fill in the following form with the relevant data, and also, argue that the activity for which the aid is requested meets the specific criteria of the regulatory bases. The presentation of documentation can be done in three ways: in person, at the UAB Registry; by certified mail, to the postal address of the UAB General Registry; or in electronic format, in the Electronic Register.
The evaluation committee will be made up of the Vice-Rector for Students and Employability, Isabel Galán; two members of the technical team of the Community Revitalization Unit, the student representing the groups in the permanent commission of the CEUAB and two representatives of groups of the Coordinator of the Directory.
60% of the grant will be transferred at the time of the resolution — provided that the necessary documentation has been provided to make the payment — and the remainder at the time of the justification — provided that the expenses of the resolution have been duly justified for each activity. The resolution will be made public on March 15.
