Assemblea elDirectori
The Dinamització Comunitària's staff and Sara Moreno, the Alumnat i Ocupabilitat de la UAB's vice-rector, discussed many topics relevant to UAB's associations network in the first elDirectori's meeting.

Dinamització Comunitària organises a monthly meeting where members from this department and elDirectori's association representatives meet. The aim of these meetings is to improve communication between both parts, to facilitate relevant information transfer to guarantee a good coexistence and functioning at elDirectori and to create a space open for opinion exchange.

The participation of the associations network in this first meeting was a success. The following associations attended the session: Ipsa, CRUABAIESECGamersESNKorean Club, UAB per la República, Swing UAB, Assemblea FilCat, Associació el Musell, AVAFES, Centaures de l'Autònoma, Debats pel Demà and the Colla Castellera Ganàpies.
The participation of the university's community within the associations network is rising and at this moment we have 70 associations enrolled to elDirectori.

A wide range of topics was discussed over the course of the assembly. Firstly, the issue of elDirectori's Coordinator, the representative responsible for the associations network, was brought up. Subsequently, the vice-rector explained the meaning under the Festa Major's slogan #UAB Refugi: l'Autònoma acull and also explained the series of acts implemented regarding the refugees issue. The activities and news on the celebration were also highlighted - on the occasion of the 50 years of UAB anniversary, the Festa's activities will be exceptional. A great participation from the associations network is expected and it is believed that it will be one of the UAB's major events.

Another topic discussed during the meeting was the Guideline on dealing with sexism and gender violence in UAB's associations. The aim of this guideline is to find a specific way in which every association can face the existent inequalities within their group through an autodiagnosis that will lead to an adapted action plan.

The last topics discussed were the changes in the privacy policy and the process to justify the financial support for UAB students participating in UAB. Because of the new law, all associations were informed that those who wished to change their data could do so through an online form in the website. Lastly, all association representatives were reminded that the deadline to justify the financial support would end in November 20th.
