Experts debate on the creation and management of collective knowledge in a 3-day congress

From 11 to 13 November, the Organisational Development Team (Equip de Desenvolupament Organitzacional, EDO) from the UAB Faculty of Education will be holding its 6th International Congress. This year the event will take place online and will be inaugurated on 11 November at 9 a.m., with participation of the UAB's Acting Rector Margarita Arboix.

The congress will serve to debate on issues such as the new approaches in processing the creation and management of collective knowledge. It will deal with subjects related to social and informal learning in the workplace and promoting collaborations amongs universities, public administrations and the private sector. Participating will be professionals specialising in training, human resources and job insertion, university lecturers and researchers, directors of training centres and students.

Since 2003, the EDO has worked on the analysis of knowledge creation and management processes in education and training-related organisations. Since 2010, it collaborates with the Centre for Legal Studies and Specialised Training in organising this international congress, which this year celebrates its 6th edition. Since 2018, the Public Administration School of Catalonia also collaborates with the EDO.
