The sessions, which will take place on 15 and 16 October, are organised by the Jordi Arbonés Chair and the Study Group of Contemporary Catalan Translations and will be dedicated to the translations of theatre plays in the post-war era.
On 15 October, the UAB will host an event in recognition of Paco Ibáñez and his working in disseminating Spain's literary heritage. He will interpret some of his songs at the event.
On 6 October the first meeting with members of the university community to give information, listen to proposals and clear up doubts about the FM14 took place.
The session aims to foster the entrepreneur spirit among students and will take place on 20 November at the conference hall of the Faculty of Business and Economics. It will include the participation of experts in business creation and funding of entrepreneurial projects.
“Camí de la ruta Ho-Chi-Minh”, “Carrer de les Columnes” and “Ronda de la Font del Carme” are some of the names chosen for the campus roads and streets. Some one hundred signs have been posted all over campus.
The UAB Libraries offer this exhibit as part of the commemorative events honouring the 300th anniversary of 11 September 1714. The participation of several UAB lecturers and researchers was essential to create this exhibit.
From 4 to 24 August all UAB centres will be closed. Only specific services will remain available.
Rosa Carmen Bono enters the UAB as the student with the highest mark among all those enrolled in the field of the humanities, 13.845 over 14. She will be studying the degree in English and Spanish. She is passionate about the Spanish language and this has been the driving force behind her decision.
