UAB closed from 21 to 28 March

As in previous years all facilities on the Bellaterra Campus of the UAB will be closed during the holiday period: from 21 to 28 March, only certain services will be functioning, on a reduced timetable.

All UAB centres will be closed during the period 21 to 28 March. Some services, however, will still be operating on a limited basis.

The Security Service of the UAB (93 581 25 25) will continue functioning 24 hours a day, every day. The Health Care Service (SAS) will be closed, so in the case of a medical emergency, please contact the Security Service.

Regarding transport, there will be no internal campus buses operating. For information on accessing the campus, please visit the website www.uab.cat/accessibilitat-transports.

All UAB libraries will also be closed. The study hall of the Social Sciences Library (Biblioteca de Ciències Socials) will be open every day, but with different timetables.
Friday 18 March: open until 12 midnight
From 19 to 28 March: open from 7 am to 12 midnight
Tuesday, 29 March: open at 7 am

The Users Support of the Computer Services (93 581 21 00, cas@uab.cat) will be open on 21 March from 8 am to 8 pm; on 23 March from 8 am to 6 pm; and on 24 March from 8 am to 3 pm. There will be no service on 22 March due to a temporary disconnection for maintenance services.

For those needing to make photocopies, the photocopy machines will be functioning during the week. The General Register Office (93 581 20 29, registre.general@uab.cat) located at the UAB Rectorate building will be open from 9 am to 2 pm on all workdays.

The Physical Activity Service (SAF) will be open from 21 to 24 March from 9 am to 10 pm. The only restaurant and bar which will remain open are the Vila Universitària's Restaurant Marmita, open middays from 1 to 3:30 pm, and the Hotel's Café, open every day from 8 am to 12 midnight.
