The UAB to host nearly 2000 students taking the university entrance exams (PAU) from 2 to 4 September
The UAB will host the extraordinary session of the university entrance exams (PAU) from 2 to 4 September at the faculties of Education and of Translation and Interpreting. These extraordinary exams, which 1.860 students will take at the UAB, are the last ones the government will organise in September, given that from 2027 onwards they will always be held in July.

The UAB Faculty of Education and Faculty of Translation and Interpreting will each host two examination panels for the extraordinary session of the university entrance exams (PAU), organised by the Government of Catalonia on 2, 3, and 4 September.
Each day, students will confirm their registration at 8:30 a.m., and half an hour later, the university entrance exams (PAU) will begin, divided into a general phase and a specific phase. In the general phase, students must take exams in Catalan Language and Literature, Spanish Language and Literature, a foreign language, History or History of Philosophy, and a specialisation subject of their choice. In the specific phase, which is optional, students may choose up to three specialisation subjects, distinct from those taken in the general phase. The score from this specific phase is added to that of the general phase. The total score is calculated out of 14 points.
The grades will be published on 15 September. Requests for review may be submitted on 16, 17, and 18 September, and the results of the review will be made public on 29 September.
The UAB previously hosted nearly 10,000 students from upper secondary education and higher-level vocational training programmes between 9 and 11 June; they took the university entrance exams (PAU) at examination centres located in various buildings across the Bellaterra and Sabadell campuses.
