The UAB launches its catalogue of procedures to centralise services and procedures
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona launches its Catalogue of Procedures, a new tool of the Electronic Office that brings together in a single space the procedures and services available to the university community and citizens.
The UAB launches a new Catalogue of Procedures, a resource included in the Action Plan of the Governing Team that aims to bring together in a single space all the procedures and services that can be requested from the University.
This new catalogue responds, on the one hand, to the obligation established by current regulations—in particular Law 39/2015—which requires public administrations to have an updated record of their procedures. On the other hand, it aims to improve the user experience with a more intuitive, navigable and accessible environment, which facilitates the location and management of available procedures.
In this first phase, the Catalogue of Procedures already includes around a hundred procedures aimed at different groups: students, teaching and research staff (PDI), technical, management and administration and services staff (PTGAS), companies and also citizens in general. The catalogue can be consulted through the UAB Electronic Office.
The University plans to progressively integrate all procedures into this common space, consolidating it as the main gateway for the institution's digital administrative management.
With this initiative, the UAB takes another step towards administrative simplification and digital transformation, while inviting the entire university community and users to discover the new catalogue, explore its functionalities, and contribute to its future development.
