The International Welcome Days are back, February 22 and 23

The International Welcome Days (IWD) for the second semester will take place the 22nd and 23rd of February 2023..

During the two days there will be various activities, workshops and talks to learn more about UAB. It is a good opportunity to learn about all the activities you can enjoy during your stay at UAB and meet other international students who have just arrived at the university.

Here you will find the activities program:
Wednesday 22nd of February

• 1pm: Institutional Welcome for international students by Vice-Rector for International Relations . Place: Sala d'actes, Faculty of Political Science and Sociology. Registration.
• 2pm: INTERNATIONAL LUNCH. Place: Plaça Cívica study room. Registration.

• 3pm: Resources for students with specific educational needs. Presentation of the PIUNE program. Place: Sala Annexa Hotel d'Entitats. Registration.
• 4pm: ESN UAB. Presentation of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) and the activities that will take place during the semester. Place: Sala Annexa Hotel d'Entitats. Registration.

Thursday 23rd of February:

• 1pm: Cultural programming at the UAB, by Cultura en Viu. Place: Cinema Hall of the UAB. Registration.
• 1:45pm. Know the protocol of action of the UAB in case of harassment. By the Observatory for Equality. Place:Sala Annexa Hotel d'Entitats. Registration.
• 3pm. Catalan from scratch, by Servei de Llengües. Place: Sala Annexa Hotel d'Entitats.  Registration
