Conference: "Urban Balances and Challenges around the Right to Housing and the Right to Property. Legal, Social, and Territorial Reflections for a New Urban Governance"
On 6 October 2025, the Faculty of Law of the UAB will host a conference entitled "Urban Balances and Challenges around the Right to Housing and the Right to Property. Legal, Social, and Territorial Reflections for a New Urban Governance".
During the morning, specialists from the academic, institutional, and associative fields will debate on:
- Urban policies and urban regeneration
- Housing within the European framework
- The real estate market and rent prices
- The balance between the right to housing and private property
