Measures in response to the suspension of commuter train services
Due to the incidents in the Rodalies commuter train services, the UAB would like to convey the following measures applicable to all workers until normal service is restored.
In light of the incidents involving Renfe commuter trains and the closure of the AP 7 motorway between Martorell and Vilafranca del Penedès, which makes access to work even more difficult, the UAB reminds its community that:
- People affected by these incidents and who do not have alternatives to travel to their workplaces can work remotely from home.
- Staff members who find themselves in this same situation and who occupy positions classified as not suitable for teleworking, exceptionally and given that this is a cause of force majeure, will be able to take advantage of remote work until normal services are restored.

Likewise, all those people who arrive late due to mobility problems resulting from incidents with the train service must enter the incident in the Time Management with the code "I. Permit due to mobility risk". This same code must be entered by people who have to work remotely.
