First training courses of 2026 for PDI and PTGAS published
The UAB publishes the first training courses offered in the 2026 year, addressed to both teaching and research staff (PDI) and to all technical, management, and administrative and service staff (PTGAS). The training programmes will take place until 5 May 2026. Deadline for applications is 28 January.
The training courses have been designed to meet the professional needs of both PDI and PTGAS groups, with a wide variety of topics, formats and schedules (afternoon training and asynchronous virtual modalities are included to facilitate work-life balance). Some actions are aimed indistinctly at both groups, such as those related to gender perspective, digital skills, workplace resources, occupational risk prevention, ethical management, and self-management and emotional intelligence. These common lines respond to cross-cutting axes of institutional and professional development.
The training offer for teaching and research staff includes training on artificial intelligence, innovative methodologies, learning assessment, teaching tools, teaching skills, emotional intelligence and relationships with others, research, a programme for readers, and reception for teaching and research staff.
Regarding the training courses for the PTGAS group, the first programmes offered this year include activities on digital skills, occupational risk prevention and occupational health, libraries, languages, and knowledge and reception at the UAB.
