What role can men play in the fighting against gender violence? To advance towards a more intersectional, feminist and inclusive society, the commitment of the men belonging to the university community is essential.

Noves masculinitats

On 18 November, the UAB Equality and Diversity Service will offer a free two-hour workshop aimed at men (students, lecturers and research staff) who want to reflect on the role of masculinities in today's society.

Through a multidisciplinary methodology that makes awareness its central axis, social and power dynamics and how they shape male experiences will be explored, as well as how to combat them and how to assume individual responsibility to transform them.

A certificate of attendance will be given for the session and, if interested, participants can attend subsequent individual in-depth sessions.
