Discovery of unpublished works by Frederic Mompou and Manuel Blancafort on pianola rolls
The discoveries were made by researchers from the Department of Art and Musicology of the UAB during the development of an innovative system to digitalise pianola rolls created by this university and the CVC, in collaboration with the Barcelona Music Museum and the Robert Gerhard Centre.
"Quixotes of the Autònoma" exhibition opens at UAB
An important collection of copies of the Quixote, donated by Professor Francisco Rico, are on display at the UAB exhibitions hall (Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives, Plaça Cívica) from 9 November to 16 December.

The QS top 50 under 50 Ranking, which classifies the best 50 world universities under 50 years of age, places the UAB in 10th position worldwide and 2nd in Spain.

On Thursday 3 December at 12 noon, the auditorium of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts will host an information session on the Fulbright Grants. These are grants that go to university graduates seeking to enrol in a postgraduate course in US universities.
