Services at the UAB campus from 10 to 17 April
As in recent years, centres at the Bellaterra Campus will be closed during spring break: from 10 to 17 April only certain services will be operating on campus.
The UAB security services will be working 24 hours a day, every day, and can be reached at (+34) 93 581 25 25. The UAB Healthcare Service will be closed and therefore, in case of an emergency, please contact the campus security services.
The internal bus service will not be operative during spring break. For information on reaching the campus with alternative means of transport, please consult the website http://www.uab.cat/web/home-1273127135994.html.
All libraries on campus will be closed and the only study room available will be at the Library of Social Sciences (Floors -2 and -3), open from 8 to 17 April from 7 a.m. to 12 midnight. The study room will once again be open 24 hours a day starting on 18 April at 7 a.m.
The Users Support of the Computer Services (Centre de Suport i Atenció a l'Usuari - 93 581 21 00, cas@uab.cat) will be available on 10 April from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.); on 12 April from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and on 13 April from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. No service will be offered on Tuesday 11 April due to the electrical shutdown.
For those needing photocopies, all machines will be functioning and the copy store at the Plaça Cívica will be open on workdays (10 to 13 April) from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The General Register Office, located at the Rectorat building, will be open from 10 to 13 April as well, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (93 581 20 29, registre.general@uab.cat).
The Physical Activity Service (SAF) will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on 10, 11, 12 and 13 April, and will remain closed from 14 to 17 April. The only restaurants open will be the café located at the Hotel Campus (every day from 8 a.m. to 12 midnight).
