The UAB recently published its "Manual of style and uses for the UAB's social networks", a document which aims to help manage different social profiles of the UAB's official channels. The manual will be updated from time to time to meet the constant changes to which social networks are subject.

Departments, faculties, research groups, etc. The people in charge of managing the social network profiles will find a guide on how to register new profiles and personalise them according to the UAB's style and images, as well as recommended uses for each of the social networks, and tips on how to administer the comments received.

The manual includes a short introduction on the importance social networks have acquired in recent years. The focus is on the following social networks, where the UAB has official profiles: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Linkedin and Youtube. The manual includes tips on configuration, publishing, language to be used, etc. for each of these networks.

For any further questions or doubts, or for those interested in adding more profiles, please contact the Area of Communication and Promotion at a.comunicacio.promocio@uab.cat.
