Enrolment now open for the UAB's 2025/26 language courses
The Languages Service - UAB Idiomes Campus offers a variety of language courses that adapt to the academic and professional needs of members of the UAB community. The enrolment period for language courses offered this 2025/26 academic year is now open.
English courses are offered from levels A2 to C2.1 of the Common European Framework of Reference, as well as preparation courses for the B1, B2, and C1 exams, and specific courses for UAB academic staff and PhD students. Many courses offer the option of attending in person or via videoconference.
Among other foreign languages, face-to-face courses are offered in French (levels A1 to B2.2), German (levels A1 to B1), and Italian (levels A1 and A2). In addition, there are classroom-based courses in Catalan from levels A2 to C2, distance learning courses at levels C1 and C2, and beginner courses for exchange students. As for Spanish, classroom-based courses are offered from levels A1 to B2.2.
The UAB Idiomes Campus programme also includes a free calssroom-based introductory course in Catalan sign language for members of the university community, a series of workshops with academic recognition (language volunteering, language for Erasmus students, etc.), and free language level tests.
