Registration period for the ECIU researcher mobility grants now open
The aim of these grants, offering up to €4000, is to foster scientific collaboration between member institutions with scientific stays and exchanges for lecturers and researchers.Deadline for applications is 4 July. The mobility exchanges will take place from 1 September to 31 December 2025.
The ECIU, the UAB's European alliance, is aware of the importance of of developing a culture of transnational and multidisciplinary collaboration among researchers from different member institutions. For that reason, it is now offering its Researchers Mobility Fund (RMF1) with the aim of fostering scientific collaboration among members of the alliance.
This iniative, aimed at UAB lecturers and researchers, seeks to foster research stays and scientific exchanges among any of the universities forming part of the ECIU. Within this framework, the UAB intends to favour the exchange of ideas and experiences among researchers with the purpose of broadening the impact of collaborative research within the alliance.
Applications can be sent in through this form before 4 July 2025. The applications will be evaluated by the ECIU office of the UAB, and the results will need to be approved by the UAB Research and Transfer Commission. The selected candidates will be announced on 28 July and will be chosen following the criteria outlined in the call details.
The scientific stays must take place between 1 September and 31 December 2025.
