The UAB will apply the salary increase as of July
This year's salary increase is 2% and will be applied as of the July payroll, retroactive to 1 January 2024.
The salary increase for 2024 will be a fixed 2%, and an additional 0.5%, which will be applied according to the evolution of the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
The update of the fixed part of the remuneration will be applied as from the July payroll, retroactive to 1 January 2024.
The remuneration tables published on the UAB staff website will soon be updated with the amounts for the year 2024.
