Sonia Parella to talk on migrations, migration policies and human rights

On 17 December at 6 p.m. at the Mestre Martí Tauler Library in Rubí, Sonia Parella, lecturer of the Department of Sociology at the UAB, coordinator of CER-migrations and expert in migration, gender and social inequalities, will give a lecture entiled "Migration and Globalisation: migration necropolitics" as part of the conference series "Europe in Turbulent Times". This lecture series organised by the AmicsUAB association seeks to discuss current issues with experts who can give their opinion on issues affecting citizens and thus bring the knowledge generated at the UAB to society. Admission is free but but seats are limited.
