Second Chile - Spain meeting on crime and criminal justice

In June 2024, the first Chile-Spain meeting on crime and criminal justice was held. This year will mark the second edition, in which Chilean and Spanish academics, students and professionals will reflect together to solve problems of crime and criminal justice affecting both countries. The meeting will take place on 9 June from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the UAB Faculty of Law. The activity is organised by the Centro de Estudios de Justicia y Sociedad (Universidad Católica de Chile), SGR en Justicia Penal i Penologia (Universitat de Girona - Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona), and the Núcleo Milenio Complejidad Criminal. The meeting is sponsored by the Embassy of Chile in Spain, the Department of Political Science and Public Law (UAB), and the National Agency for Research and Development - Chile (ANID).
