The UAB Healthcare Service celebrates its 50th anniversary

UAB Rector Javier Lafuente will be presiding the institutional celebration of the 50th anniversary of the UAB Healthcare Service. The event will take place on 17 September at 12 noon at the conference hall of the Rectorat building. In addition to Rector Lafuente, speeches will be given by Esther Zapater, secretary general of the UAB; Rosa Maria Peleato and  Arantza Igartua, former directors of the UAB Healthcare Service; and Anselmo López, specialist in pneumology and coordinator of the Service's Primary Healthcare Unit.
