Protection of consumer and user rights in the digital era: Are there limits to contractual abuse?

Monica Perna, lecturer in the Department of Private Law and member of the Women and Rights Study and Research Centre (CEDD) at the UAB, will give a lecture within the Un Cafè de Dret series, organised by the AmicsUAB. In her conference, she will talk about contractual abuses in digital platforms and online services. The event will take place on 30 May at 6:30 p.m. in the Sala Sagarra of the Ateneu Barcelonès.
