Portada de la Memoria de la FAS 2019-20

FAS publishes their 2019-2020 report of the academic year with all the information on the programs and the main activities that have been carried out in this academic period.

19/03/2021

The activity report is a document that reviews the work carried out by the FAS during the last academic year. It serves to deepen the work done, but also to be accountable and thank all the people and collaborating entities for their work with the Foundation. Additionally, it also includes the voice of witnesses who have been part of the programs and activities.

In the presentation of the report, Jordi Prat highlights that the 2019-2020 academic year has been a very important year, not only because it marked the twentieth anniversary of the Foundation, but also because of the adaptation that had to be made in the context of general confinement resulting from the COVID-19 health emergency.

The report collects data from last year's programs and activities around the entity's four lines of action, with the addition of the adaptation process and the challenges of working in a pandemic context. It also includes an appendix to highlight the special activities that were carried out in response to the health emergency.

In these circumstances, this academic year highlights the work that PIUNE has done to care for 282 people,  all the volunteer programs from the socio-health program that has been active in the Vall d'Hebron hospital at a critical time and finally CROMA 2.0 which has launched virtual workshops for children and summer camps.

And despite the adverse situation, 497 people participated in the activities. Of these, 397 were volunteers who developed the various volunteer programs that reached 1,899 beneficiaries from up to 27 municipalities.

The document collects not only the impact data but also the testimonies of some protagonists such as volunteers, scholarship students or collaborating teachers. The full report is now available, in Catalan, Spanish and English.
