These are the enrolment fees for the 2026-2027 academic year. The amount includes the 500 € seat reservation fee, which is deducted from the total for the first year.

What does the enrolment fee include?

• School insurance and enrollment fee

• Internship management and the Forma't al Port program (1st year)
• Preparation classes and official language exam accreditation
• Free subscription to Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus

How can you pay?

You can choose between a single payment (with a 3% discount on amounts over 1,500 €), two installments (60% upon formalizing enrollment and 40% at the beginning of December), or bank financing with Banco Sabadell, from 3 to 9 months interest-free. With this last option, Fundació UAB covers the interest through the CrediCuenta Formación.

To access a Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS), you must meet one of these requirements:

• Hold a Bachillerato diploma (or BUP / COU / pre-university course)

• Hold a Higher Vocational Training Technician degree, a university degree, or equivalent

• Hold a Specialist Technician degree or an Intermediate Vocational Training / Plastic Arts and Design Technician degree

Admission is also possible by passing the CFGS entrance exam, a specific preparatory course for higher education, a professional certificate included in the program, or the university entrance exam for people over 25 or 45 (or admission based on having 40 years of age or older with professional experience). In these latter cases, you must be at least 19 years old.

Can I access with a higher degree? Yes. A Higher Vocational Training Technician degree grants direct access to any of our programs. Please note, however, that a Sports Technician degree does not allow entry into a CFGS.

Is there a cut-off grade?

CFGS programs do not use cut-off grades like university degrees. Admission depends on meeting the entrance requirements and the availability of spots, which are assigned in order of pre-registration and seat reservation.

All our Higher Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS) are in-person. Classes are held at the UAB campus in Bellaterra (Edifici Blanc, Cerdanyola del Vallès), with practical sessions, field trips, and scheduled activities throughout the academic year.

At the moment, neither 100% online nor blended learning modalities are offered.

Spots are limited for each program and are assigned in order of pre-registration.

The pre-registration and seat reservation period usually opens in February. To reserve your spot, you must complete the pre-registration and pay the seat reservation fee (500 €), which is later deducted from your first-year enrollment fee.

The curriculum follows the official syllabus approved by the Government of Catalonia, incorporating the institution's own modules and additional academic activities. Each program is organized into two academic years, combining professional modules with the project module and mandatory workplace training hours, which are distributed across the professional modules and take place during the second year.

Here are the main areas of each program:

International Trade

Planning and management of import and export operations, administrative and financial management of international trade, international transport and logistics, international marketing, and trade mediation. It includes English and French language accreditation, as well as training in business Chinese.

Transport and Logistics

Organization, management, and control of freight and passenger transport (national and international) and corporate logistics activities: supply, warehousing, and distribution. It includes an official professional competence certification as part of the degree, alongside language accreditation.

Computer Network Systems Administration - Cyber Security

Configuration, administration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks, database management and internet services, with a specialization in cybersecurity: detection, prevention, and mitigation of cyberattacks, as well as mobile and IoT device security.

The schedule depends on the professional field of the program:

• International Trade and Transport and Logistics: Morning shift, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• ASIX – Cybersecurity: Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Yes. If you completed your entrance studies abroad, they must first be homologated to the equivalent Spanish credential to have official validity in Spain.

The homologation process varies depending on where you reside (abroad, in Catalonia, or in another autonomous community) and usually requires official translation and legalization of the documentation.

Language Requirements

For the 100% English International Trade program, you must prove a minimum B2 level of English (FCE, IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent) and a B2 level of Catalan. If you do not have an official certificate, you can take a placement test at UAB Idiomes; if you need to improve your level, you will take reinforcement courses in English or Catalan as a second language.

If you need a student visa, it is very important to keep processing deadlines in mind. Student Visa / Residence (Type D): Regulations require submitting the application at least 2 months before the start of studies or activity in Spain. All programs include professional workplace internships (corporate internship hours associated with professional modules), with internship management included in the tuition fee, an exclusive job bank, and the Forma't al Port program (Barcelona and Italy). International Trade and Transport and Logistics have an employment placement rate of over 80%.

International Trade

Technician in foreign trade and import/export operations, freight forwarder, international logistics management, international marketing, and trade mediation.

Transport and Logistics

Logistics and warehouse manager, organization and management of freight and passenger transport, and distribution. The degree includes an official professional competence certification.

ASIX – Cybersecurity

Technician in systems administration, networks, internet services and communications, database administration, IT manager, technical support, systems supervisor, and cybersecurity specialist.

The qualification obtained upon completing a Higher Vocational Training Cycle is that of a Higher Technician (técnico/a superior) in the corresponding professional profile, which allows you to enter the job market and access university studies.
