From Monday to Friday: 08:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

 An appointment must be booked to be attended in person

• July: 08:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday 

• August: Minimum Services (from 12th to 16th closed)

• Face-to-face service, telephone and online service: From 1 to 2 and from 26 to 31 from 8:30 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday (to avoid delays we recommend an appointment must be booked to be attended in person).
• Telephone and online service: Working days from the 5th to 9th and from 19th to 25th from 8:30 to 14:00 from Monday to Friday.

• Christmas, Easter: closed

• Emergencies
• Pharmacy
• Lost property
• Information on the location of classrooms and other school premises
• Information on class and activity timetables
• Information on activities at the School and other UAB centres
• Damage to the facilities or furniture
• Delivery of enrolment documents
• Delivery of exam certificates
• Reception of students on work placements (if a request is made by the lecturer/professor)
• Delivery of student ID cards
• Delivery and collection of keys to authorised users
• Post, parcels and messaging management
• Processing of teacher absenteeism notices
• Monitoring of information panels and posters to be hung (with prior authorisation)
• Monitoring of teaching
• Answering questions and asking for clarification on subjects related to the Faculty
• Reservation of space and classrooms for non-teaching activities and technical material (for authorised staff members only)
