Master description

The master’s program has three specializations, one of which must be taken, along with a common core that is mandatory for all specializations.

The curriculum of the program is structured as follows:

Regarding the compulsory subjects common to all specializations, excluding the Master’s Final Project (TFM), there is one in the first semester, one annual, and one in the second semester. The first (A1) deals with inter- and transdisciplinary work methodologies; the second (A2) consists of a project to apply this knowledge; and the third (A3) focuses on scientific communication and dissemination, allowing its application in the common project subject (A2) and in the TFM (A22). The rest of the first semester includes the two compulsory specialization subjects (which, depending on the chosen specialization, will be A4 and A5, A6 and A7, or A8 and A9), and one elective (to be chosen from three). The three electives offered in the first semester (A10, A11, and A12) are the most methodological and fundamental of the master’s program.

In the second semester, excluding the common compulsory subjects already mentioned, most of the program’s electives are concentrated, where the student selects three subjects from the nine available (A13 to A21). The TFM (A22) is also carried out.

Teaching timetable

Lectures will be held mornings and afternoons at the Faculty of Science.
