Access
Access to this master's degree is open to holders of an official bachelor's degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.Admission requirements

Applicants must hold an official university degree, or equivalent, in any of the following areas:
- Social Sciences and Law (Labour Relations, Law, Economics, Business Sciences, Employment Studies, Business Administration and Management, Psychology, Sociology)

Other fields similar to the related ones or holding a related degree issued by a higher education institution of the EHEA or from third countries, which qualifies for access to master’s degree programs.
Selection criteria
1. Academic transcript: 50%2. Compatibility of your studies with the contents of the Master's degree(Industrial Relations and Law): 20%
3. Compatibility with your professional curriculum vitae: 20%
4. Letter of Motivation: 10%.
The Admissions Committee may schedule an interview with the aim of evaluating your profile.
Complementary training

Students, depending on their previous education, may need to take additional training in the area of legal regulation of labor relations and Social Security. The Master’s selection committee will review the prior studies granting access to the program and determine the need to take specific supplementary courses, which in no case will exceed 12 ECTS credits.
It is expected that most students will come from Bachelor’s Degrees in Labor Relations and Law, as well as from the Diploma in Labor Relations and the Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Sciences. For students who hold these qualifications obtained within the Spanish university system, no additional training is required.
For students coming from other degrees or who have obtained their qualifications outside the Spanish university system, the possibility of taking supplementary courses is foreseen. These courses should enable students to understand the legal framework of the Spanish labor relations system and the fundamental bases and elements of the Spanish public Social Security system.
The supplementary courses may be taken at the Faculty of Law, within the study plans of the Law and Labor Relations degrees, specifically in the following subjects:
- Law Degree. Third-year subject: Labor Law and Social Security I. 6 ECTS.
- Labor Relations Degree. Third-year subject: Social Security Law I. 6 ECTS.
Second-year subject: Labor Law II. 6 ECTS.
