Access

Access to this master's degree is open to holders of an official bachelor's degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.

Admission requirements

Applicants to the Master's degree must hold a Bachelor's degree in the fields of science or bioscience, preferably in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, nanoscience, environmental science, biotechnology or biochemistry.

They must also have an advanced level of English (level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe).

The committee interviews students who do not have a B1 level English qualification to check that they can follow the Master's classes without difficulty.

Selection criteria

Once pre-registration has been completed, if the number of students registered exceeds the number of places offered, places will be allocated in accordance with the following selection criteria:

  1. Candidate's record (60 %)
  2. Curriculum vitae of the candidate (20 %)
  3. Interview and/or letter of motivation (20 %)
