New Call of the UAB Solidarity Fund to Finance International University Partnership

The Fundació Autònoma Solidària opens a new call of the Solidarity Fund in order to foster the development of cooperation projects with the Global South and Education for Global Justice.

The Solidarity Fund is an instrument that, thanks to the contributions of the university itself, the students, the Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) and the Services and Administration Staff (PAS), finances and supports projects developed by members of the university that count with a perspective of global justice.

This year, two calls have been opened. One is addressed to the teachers and the other to graduate students. The deadline for the reception of proposals is 17 March 2022 for teachers and March 31 for the students.

International recognition of excellence

The Fundació Autònoma Solidària (FAS) a university-based social organisation created in 1999 that collaborates in applying social, solidarity-based and cooperative policies for the development and equality of opportunities at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. 
To do this, the FAS designs and executes university social-action and awareness-raising projects, promoting a critical spirit with the ultimate goal of generating social impact aimed at fostering social justice and the improvement of the general environment and people’s quality of life.
