Specialisation in Surgery and Anaesthesia in Small Animals

Since the 1980s, the Department of Animal Medicine and Surgery of the Autonomous University of Barcelona has opted for the training of professionals as an objective of the University and we began with ophthalmology courses to continue with others such as anesthesia sessions. or surgery that crystallized thanks to the creation of the European Education Area in the Postgraduate Diploma in Surgery and Anesthesia for Children and that has been completed by more than 5,000 professionals from all over Spain, Portugal, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and Costa Rica.

Analyzing the training needs of veterinarians dedicated to the Small Animal Clinic, we want to offer you this Postgraduate Diploma endorsed by the teaching experience of the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the clinical experience of the professors who work daily in the UAB Hospital Clinic Veterinari.
