Housing is at the heart of a number of economic, legal, architectural, sociological and anthropological issues. Addressing the growing global demand for equitable and economically sustainable housing requires a new era of multidisciplinary knowledge and expertise. In response, we propose the establishment of an innovative continuing education master's programme focused on housing. This programme aims to provide students with the tools, perspectives and methodologies needed to address the housing challenges of the 21st century, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and transforming housing into a space where various disciplines meet and with an international approach. This programme will offer a truly interdisciplinary approach, drawing on law to understand property rights and regulations, architecture for sustainable and innovative design, economics to explore market dynamics, sociology to understand the impact on communities and anthropology to understand the cultural and social dimensions of housing.

The urgent housing problems of our time require innovative research and evidence-based solutions. The proposed master's programme will be based on high-quality, multidisciplinary and cutting-edge research. It will provide students with the opportunity to learn about research projects that address the complex interaction of housing as a human right and an investment product. By drawing on knowledge from various disciplines, students can tackle the most challenging housing problems with a holistic approach.

This continuing education master's degree provides an integrative view of housing: it brings together different disciplinary approaches such as Law, Architecture, Economics, Sociology and Anthropology, among others. It involves renowned academics and experts in the field of housing and urban planning as teachers.
