This study offers students who pass the course the necessary training from both a legal and technological point of view to:- Work as consultants and digital lawyers, specialized in Artificial Intelligence and data protection, to be part of the team of a company that looks after the
compliance with the RGPD and the LOPDGDD and the future AI Regulation.
- Act as Data Protection Delegates specialized in data processing based on Artificial Intelligence.
- Perform legal advisory functions on legal liability, as well as governance strategy and regulatory compliance in the application of AI systems.
- Work as intellectual property and Artificial Intelligence lawyers and consultants.
- Work as lawyers and consultants in electronic commerce law, digital and collaborative economy and cryptocurrencies.
- Perform consulting functions in Legaltech and other emerging technologies within the legal sector.
- Perform legal advisory functions for large Internet service provider companies in the application of the Digital Services Regulation and the Digital Markets Regulation, especially in the application of AI to their activities.
- Be a legal advisor to Start-ups or consolidated companies oriented towards the development of AI systems.
