(1) The University Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineering is a qualifying master’s program regulated by Order CIN/355/2009, which means that direct access will be reserved for those who have previously acquired the competencies established in section 3 of said Order, that is, those included in the Bachelor’s degrees that qualify for the practice of the profession of Technical Telecommunication Engineer, in accordance with the provisions of Order CIN/355/2009 (verification requirements for Bachelor’s degrees in Telecommunication Engineering).
Likewise, candidates may access the master’s program if they can certify having completed:
- The basic training module,
- The common module in the telecommunication branch, and
- At least 48 credits corresponding to the set of blocks of the specific technology module of a Bachelor’s degree that qualifies for the profession of Technical Telecommunication Engineer, as provided in the aforementioned Order CIN/355/2009.
(2) Access will also be granted, upon completion of additional training (up to a maximum of 18 ECTS), to those holding a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, such as those whose academic profile falls within the scope of electrical and electronic engineering.
The maximum load of these additional courses cannot exceed 20% of the total credits of the master’s program, which amounts to a limit of 18 credits.
All subjects are worth 6 credits unless otherwise stated.
All optional subjects are not scheduled each year.
