Master description

The master's degree's syllabus is structured as stipulated in Ministry Order ECI/3858/2007, of 27 December, published in BOE 29 December, (OM), which sets out the three modules that make up 52 of the 60 master's credits.

The master's degree comprises a single academic year of 60 credits. This teaching programme is structured in line with the subjects and teaching contexts of compulsory and upper secondary education. All teaching is classroom-based.

The master's degree has 16 specialisations:

• Biology and Geology
• Physics and Chemistry
• Foreign Languages
• Geography and History
• English
• French
• Catalan and Spanish Language and Literature
• Mathematics
• Music
• Educational orientation

The syllabus is structured as follows:

  • 1 general subject, in "Social and Educational Psychology Training", common to all the master's students.
  • 2 subjects that is specific to each specialisation.
  • 1 subject for the "Practicum", common to all the master's students.
  • 1 subject for the "Master's Dissertation", common to all the master's students
