Master description

The master’s curriculum consists of a total of 60 ECTS credits distributed over two academic semesters. In the first semester, compulsory subjects include Corporate and Insolvency Law (9 ECTS), Economic Criminal Law (4.5), Legal Documentation and Arbitration (4.5), Legal Research Methodology (6), and Public Speaking and Negotiation Techniques (6), totaling 30 ECTS. In the second semester, also with 30 ECTS, compulsory subjects include Business Taxation and Labor Law (9), continuation of Economic Criminal Law and Legal Documentation and Arbitration (4.5 ECTS each), and the Master’s Thesis (6). Additionally, students may choose elective subjects such as Civil and Private International Law (6), Maritime Business and Trade (6), or Professional Internships (6).
