Registration for the Artistic Training Workshops for the second semester starts on 7 February
The semester Artistic Training Workshops and participation in the UAB Choir and Orchestra are a good opportunity to develop an artistic discipline within the university and have academic recognition of ECTS credits.
Last days of the COVID-19 vaccine programme at the UAB
Tuesday 28 September will be the last day for members of the university community to get their first dosis of the Covid-19 vaccine at the vaccination point set up next to the Cinema Hall of the Plaça Cívica. Over 650 people have used the walk-in site set up at the UAB during the month of September.

The election of delegates for the 2021/22 year begins
Delegates are a key figure for academic quality, the betterment of degrees and for everyday life in the classroom. They are also the group representatives of students from each faculty and the UAB, something that became essential during this past academic year.
On campus services available during August
During the month of August, UAB campus services will have special opening hours and some will close for a short period. All work that can be done remotely or online will be given priority in all those areas in which presence is not mandatory.
Professor Hugo Sonnenschein, doctor 'honoris causa' of the UAB, passes away
Hugo Sonnenschein, UAB honorary doctor proposed by the Department of Economics and Economic History, and chair of the Barcelona GSE scientific advisory committee, passed away yesterday, 15 July. His strong support to the development of the economics profession in Barcelona was decisive.
