Changes in library services
Since October 30, in the face of the new security and prevention measures decreed by the UAB Governing Council, the services of the UAB Libraries have been modified.

In accordance with the new measures in the field of public health for the containment of the epidemic outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the territory of Catalonia, from 30 October and until further notice:
Access to the facilities
The face-to-face services at the UAB Libraries are limited to the loan service, after reserving the documents in the Search Tool
To collect your reserved documents, the opening hours of most UAB Libraries are from 9 am to 7 pm.
The UAB Study Room (Social Sciences) and the UAB Study Room (Plaça Cívica) will remain closed. See the Opening hours page to stay informed at all times.
Return of documents
The deadline for returning documents has been extended to November 30.
You can use the mailboxes at your disposal to return the documents:
- Mailbox in the Humanities Library
- Mailbox in the Social Sciences Library
- Mailbox in the Communication Library
- Mailbox at the University Library of Sabadell
- Mailbox at the School of Engineering
- Mailbox in the Veterinary Library
Online services
All online services are maintained (access to digital content, online advice and training, ...). See all these services on the Online Library page.
Remember that in order to access the facilities, you must wear a face mask, keep a safe distance and follow the instructions found in the libraries.
