Modifications and extensions of enrollment
If you want to change groups, cancel subjects, or extend your enrollment, you must pay the enrollment modification fee (€27.27).
This fee is only charged the first time you make a modification.
It is not necessary to pay the modification fee in the following cases:
- When the modification is made within the framework of an exchange program and takes place within six weeks after joining the other university.
- When the modifications are due to causes attributable to the center.
- When the complementary insurance must be added for enrollment in extracurricular internships.
Application period
The application periods are included in the academic-administrative calendar of the current academic year.
• First period: for enrollment changes in subjects of the 1st and 2nd semesters and annual subjects.
• Second period: for enrollment changes in subjects or modules taught only during the 2nd semester.
How to apply
• Changes without variation of credits or extension of credits: through the Self-Modification of enrollment.
• Changes that imply a reduction of credits or if you are a scholarship student must be processed through the specific modification procedure.
Please Note
Once an enrollment cancellation or modification has been granted, it is recorded in the academic transcript and it is not possible to withdraw from it.
