Specialisation in Guidance, professional development and active life

This specialization certification program is aimed at career and occupational guidance professionals working in training and employment centers of the Institute for the Development of Training and Employment (IDFO) in Catalonia. It seeks to update training in this field for participants who will follow the program in a hybrid format, with weekly sessions over a period of 9 months.

The program includes internships with dual supervision (by the center and the program) and the completion of a final postgraduate project. The competencies developed throughout the program are intended to help participants update (improve and transform) their knowledge, skills, and abilities to support the guidance of young people and adults in contexts of change and crisis, from a critical and emancipatory perspective.
