The Graduate Diploma in Gender and Equality trains its students to recognise the various manifestations of sexual discrimination in different social contexts.
Students are equipped with theoretical and methodological tools to identify and transform inequality in relationships and to conduct projects on the development of gender equality.
This graduate diploma is aimed at social agents in public administration, the workplace, associations and, in general, anyone who wishes to be trained in the field of gender equality.

There are two routes leading to two specialisations, students have to choose between:
- Public Administration and Local World to receive the postgraduate diploma in Gender and Equality. Specialisation in PublicAdministration and Local World.
- the Labour Relations subject to receive the postgraduate diploma in Gender and Equality. Specialisation in Labour Relations.
