Microcredential in Writting for Everybody: From Easy Language to Clear Communication

This micro-credential focuses on clear and accessible communication, with a focus on various types of understandable languages, from more simplified versions such as Easy Read (or easy language) to plain language. The micro-credential provides an introduction to key concepts in this field and presents the applicable legislation, recommendations and standards. It explains the processes of creating, adapting, evaluating and validating easy content, and mentions the challenges of translating easy language into the digital and audiovisual environment. The descriptive and theoretical content is combined with more practical tutorials, thanks to the collaboration of the Easy Reading Association. A good command of Catalan is recommended.
