This course is aimed at secondary school music teachers (and master's graduates over the age of 25) who wish to expand their resources for musical creation and performance in the classroom. It provides didactic tools especially focused on instrumental and vocal groups.
This training is based on active pedagogies that promote the social and global nature of musical practice and creation. The tools acquired have been designed to meet the specific needs of the secondary classroom, taking into account the diversity of today's students. In this regard, the methodology combines some theoretical sessions on the topics with workshops and classroom activities that will foster musical creativity and performance.
The course is designed as an intensive program over 2 Friday afternoons and 2 Saturday mornings during the 202526 academic year, when teachers have greater availability to travel to the UAB.
