This microcredential aims to provide initial training on motivational and emotional processes applied to team management in companies and organizations from both the public and private sectors, within the context of the ongoing transformations they are undergoing. It is intended for individuals involved in coordinating, directing, or managing work teams, who often lack access to academic training grounded in scientific evidence in the fields of motivation and emotional management. Its goal is to equip them with knowledge and practical intervention tools to optimize work teams in areas such as job performance, cohesion, innovation and organizational transformation, employee turnover, well-being, stress, and self-leadership. In an environment where digital transformation and artificial intelligence act as organizational disruptors, emotional elements related to change and well-being become more relevant than ever.
Through participatory dynamics, this microcredential connects theoretical knowledge with the reality of team leadership in the participants' professional practice. The objective is to develop skills in using evidence-based intervention tools and to encourage critical analysis of one's own leadership, as well as the need for and opportunities for change. This is the first in a series of three microcredentials, followed by two others focused on the design and implementation of interventions, with a practical orientation tailored to the specific needs of each professional.
