This training aims to introduce the technical specificities of audiovisual content production, as well as provide the necessary guidelines for image and sound analysis to enable quality control, evaluation and selection, and other processes related to the treatment and preservation of documents. This requires basic training in the technical aspects of audiovisual recording and production, identifying different production agents and their equipment, analyzing different workflows, and managing metadata according to the medium for subsequent archival management.

Objectives:
1. Understand the fundamental technical aspects of audiovisual production, including image and sound recording and editing.
2. Identify the different agents and professionals involved in audiovisual production.
3. Analyze workflows across different media and manage metadata for proper archival preservation.
4. Provide the necessary guidelines for evaluation, selection, and treatment of audiovisual documents.

Curriculum:
1. Technical concepts related to audiovisual content analysis.
- Learn methodologies and practices that allow the analysis and interpretation of images and sounds.
- Assess the technical quality of audiovisual and sound archives.
- Training in capturing, editing, and producing images and sounds.
- Training in archival treatment and preservation.

2. Document processing of audiovisual content.
- Understand the workflow involved in audiovisual production in television, where various professionals interact.
- Learn the technical specificities and metadata collection required for processing and preserving audiovisual documentation.

3. Technical characteristics and documentary analysis of radio content.
- Explore the specific technical features of radio production and the processes of editing, sound control, and broadcasting, which are essential to ensure proper archival preservation and description.

4. New multimedia formats: evolution and preservation.
- Analyze the evolution of audiovisual consumption in the digital age, focusing on social media and video streaming platforms.
- Learn how to adapt traditional preservation methods to the new realities of the multimedia world.
